Group Personal Training:
The Group Personal Training (GPT) program provides the structure and energy of a large group environment while simultaneously accommodating ALL fitness levels, individual needs, and abilities. Our professional, certified coaching staff writes new and unique workouts each day ensuring that you won’t ever have the same workout twice! We believe that exposing the body to a wide range of workouts and exercises not only increases the results our clients see, but also makes the workouts more enjoyable. Our GPT workouts are fun, challenging, and very inclusive (non-competitive); this is a great option if you are looking to lose weight, get in shape, and/or you just want to have some fun!
STRONG - Strength Training Recognizing Our Needs & Goals is a semi-private personal training program that provides individualized coaching in a small group environment. This is not just another workout…. STRONG offers you a fully personalized training plan tailored specifically for your needs and goals. This program is a great option for those who have very specific needs, precise fitness goals, or are simply looking for more intensity in their training. Combining quality one on one attention with the energy and support of a small group environment, you can enjoy the best of both worlds and most importantly, crush your fitness goals!

LIFTSTRONG Weight Training Classes:
These sessions are specifically designed for anyone who wants to lift heavy and get stronger. No prior strength training experience needed!
Classes are built specifically around the "Big 3" Lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift, with accessory exercises that assist participants in building strength, mind-muscle connection, and overall confidence in the weight room. Whether your goals include seeing what your body is capable of, changing your physique, or both, LIFTSTRONG is for you!
