Kerri Grall

Member Relations Coordinator

Kerri is a co-owner and Member Relations Coordinator here at Edge Fitness and Sports Performance. She on-boards all new adult members/clients, coaches several group personal training workouts and works with many personal training as well as semi-private clients each week. Kerri also sets up and runs all of the challenges and programs for adult Edge Fitness members.

In 2009 she and her husband Ken opened Edge Fitness and Sports Performance, offering  bootcamps, personal training as well as Athletic Revolution (youth fitness – which is now called Sports Performance).  Now at their second location, they continue to offer Group Personal Training, Semi Private and Personal Training as well as youth sports performance.

Kerri's love for fitness began in high school while participating in volleyball, basketball and softball (although she had been active in sports at an early age). In college she started to dabble in weight lifting and also in group exercise.  After working out on campus for a bit (lifting with the football players) a gym off campus suited her better.  She joined the gym, attended some aerobics classes and was soon asked if she would be interested in instructing.  That was it, she was hooked.  After college her first fitness related job was teaching aerobics, step aerobics and kickboxing at the YMCA of Dane County.  After roughly 13 years of teaching at the Y, she went on to work at Midwest Professional Karate in DeForest instructing kickboxing for 10 years.

Kerri's Certifications include:
