If you’re coming in regularly for your workouts, you want to make sure that you're doing ALL of the right things to get the result you want and deserve...including fueling your body so that you feel your absolute BEST.

 

Unfortunately, it's all too common in the fitness world to have people who DO put in hard work in the gym but STILL aren't seeing the results they want. 

 

If you fall into this category, chances are it's time to look at the bigger picture....including what you are - or aren't - eating on a daily basis to assure you're getting the most out of your fitness routine.
 

All too often people think that if they work out they can eat whatever they want.

For most of us, nutrition is 60-80% of the equation when it comes to a fit, healthy body.  

 

I'm sure you've heard us say, "You can't out-train a bad diet."  

 

It's the TRUTH!  You have to eat a well-balanced diet that includes proteins, produce, healthy fats, and proper carbohydrates to obtain optimum health.  Doing this - in conjunction with your regular workouts at Edge - will pretty much guarantee you crushing your fitness goals!

The winner will be based on total % of weight/inches lost.
