Sports Performance Program:
Our sports performance program is available year round to all athletes ages 10 and up. Designed to provide both a group and an individual component, this program creates a strong sense of community between local athletes from all levels and drives some healthy competition all while ensuring that each athlete's individual needs are addressed. During our school year schedule (September-May) sports performance sessions are 1 hour in length and usually include anywhere from 5-10 athletes.
A Typical Session Will Include:
Dynamic warm up- mobility, stability, and coordination
Plyometrics- landing mechanics, bounding, jumping, hopping, and reactive footwork
Movement skills- acceleration, deceleration, lateral change of direction, speed, first step quickness, reaction time, hand eye coordination, and competition!
Individual resistance programs-strength, power, and speed development
Finisher- energy systems development, recovery, games and competitions
Option 1*: 10 Visit Performance Pass - $139
Option 2*: 20 Visit Performance Pass - $249
Option 3**: 6 Month Membership - $89/mo
Option 4**: 3 Month Membership - $99/mo
2019 Summer Membership (June 3rd - August 30th) - $269
*Options 1&2: Performance Pass is good for 3 months from date of purchase
**Options 3&4: These options allow for up to 3 workouts/week

Memberships can be paid in full at the time of sign up or monthly through our auto-pay program using a credit or debit card
Members will also get free/discounted opportunities to attend any specialty camps or clinics offered during their membership, including our sport-specific Training Camps, Speed & Agility Clinics, Better With Bands Clinics, and Recovery/Regeneration Clinics!
